Women are a central part of our health care system — leading, healing, teaching, and driving change in every corner of our communities. Yet, their stories often go unseen within the very systems they sustain. For Women’s Equality Day, we set out to spotlight the power and presence of women across NYC Health + Hospitals. From doctors and nurses to engineers, administrators, and environmental service workers — reminding the city that equity isn’t a one-day celebration, it’s an everyday commitment.
